To my future husband,

I cannot wait to take engagement photos with you.

I cannot wait to walk down the aisle and say I do.

I cannot wait to party with our friends and family as they celebrate our love.

I cannot wait to wave goodbye to everyone at the end of the reception, and know that you and I will be leaving for our honeymoon.  It will be just you and I…and I cannot wait to selfishly have you all to myself.

I cannot wait to have new adventures with you.

I cannot wait to look at homes in person whether they be apartments to rent, or homes to buy.  I already have a home in you, and I cannot wait to build a home with you.  Just us — in our own little place doing things our own little ways.

I cannot wait to crawl into bed with you every single night.

I cannot wait to wake up and make us breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I cannot wait to hear or say “honey, I’m home!”

I cannot wait to decorate our place and make it our own.

I cannot wait for a lot of things (even the simplest thing like your toothbrush being next to mine in the holder), but I will because good things come to those who wait and you are most definitely worth the wait.  I love you honey.

With love,

Your future wife

Graduation

I received an email from my college about my graduation application today!  ”Graduation from your present degree program is contingent upon the successful completion of your currently registered course work.”

You can bet your booty that I will be working hard to successfully complete my courses!  Tehe, I’m so happy.  It’s officially happening after so many years of school.  I will have a bachelors degree.  Ahhh, super excited!

Dear Post Office,

I am currently mad at you because you have my books.  You are in the city in which I live.  You are so close.  AND YET, still no books because the regular mail came & it went.  My books arrived at the post office before noon.  Our mail didn’t come until much later.  WHY no books?!  I just started another book today so it doesn’t necessarily matter but I was excited.  You let me down Post Office.

sigh

Hmmph,

Britt
